Controlling your personal information

When you register on our website you provide us with your personal information and at that point we become the data controller of that data. We retain our customer data for a 4 year period. If you have not placed an order within 4 years we delete your data from our system. You can request we delete your information from our system at any time.

The data we hold on our customers is stored on servers located in the UK only.

Emails sent to/from to/from our customers are deleted upon completion of the email subject. For example, if a customer emails us to request information about a Trolley, we will respond to the email and open an electronic dialogue until the question has been answered, thereafter we will delete all emails relating to the communication. This type of personal information is not stored.

Email Communication

We use a 3rd party emailing service to send emails to groups of customers. For example, we will email all previous customer to inform them of the online booking system opening date each year.
