Prices

You can pre-book for either 2 or 3 nights at Deer Shed. A deposit will need to be paid in cash for each trolley/wagon hired. The deposit is paid on-site, at the start of the hire, before the trolley/wagon can be used.

Pre-book a Trolley for 2 nights:   £30 + £2 booking fee   /   Deposit: £50 cash

Pre-book a Trolley for 3 nights:   £40 + £2 booking fee   /   Deposit: £50 cash

Pre-book a Wagon for 2 nights:   £50 + £2 booking fee   /   Deposit: £100 cash

Pre-book a Wagon for 3 nights:   £70 + £2 booking fee   /   Deposit: £100 cash


Collection/Return times

The trolley/wagon will be ready for you to collect on the Friday evening between 8pm-10pm.

If hiring for 2 nights, the trolley/wagon is to be returned by Sunday 12pm (Midday), or a charge of £5 for every half an hour, after Sunday 12pm, will be deducted from the deposit, until the trolley/wagon is returned.

If hiring for 3 nights, the trolley/wagon is to be returned by Monday 9am, or a charge of £5 for every half an hour, after Monday 9am, will be deducted from the deposit, until the trolley/wagon is returned.

To hire a trolley before Friday 8pm to get your baggage, etc, into the festival, simply turn up and head to one of our Hire Points. The price is £5 for every half an hour. We do not take any pre-bookings for this service, you can only pre-book for an overnight hire from Friday 8pm.


Hire Point

Collect and return the trolley/wagon from the Hire Point in the car park, close to the festival entrance.


Cancelling / Changing

You can cancel your booking, or cancel and re-book to change your booking (depending on availability), up until the Friday before the festival, one week prior to hires commencing. For more information please read our FAQs.
